Grant of options and directors' interests
IDOX announces that on 18 March 2011 options were granted, pursuant to the unapproved share option scheme adopted by the Board on 1 February 2007, to the below-noted directors following the agreement of the terms of these options at the meetings of the remuneration sub committees of the Board held on 15 March 2011 and 18 March 2011. Options have also been awarded to other members of the management team as well as those members of the Board, consistent with the Board's commitment to aligning shareholders, the Board and senior executives' interests.
All options referred to are exercisable over ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
