HIRCO: NOTICE OF FORTHCOMING NOMAD CHANGE
LONDON - Hirco PLC (AIM:HRCO), ("Hirco" or the "Company"), the AIM-quoted real estate investment company, announces that notice of HSBC's intended resignation has been received, however, this resignation is not effective until close of business on 6 October 2011 and HSBC continue to act as NomAd until that point or until such earlier date as may be mutually agreed, pending appointment of a new NomAd. The Company is in advanced discussions with a number of companies with a view to choosing a replacement NomAd and will make an announcement on this matter in due course.
