Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has been advised today that Stephen Burke, Chief Executive Officer of HCL, yesterday acquired 824,087 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 2.4 pence per share.

Further to the purchase of shares as detailed above, Stephen Burke is now interested in a total of 1,824,087 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Company, which represents approximately 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been advised today that Mark Andrews, a Non-Executive Director of HCL, yesterday acquired 618,055 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 2.4 pence per share.

Further to the purchase of shares as detailed above, Mark Andrews is interested in a total of 618,055 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Company, which represents approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
