Supercanal Litigation 

On 27 April 2012, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on 26 April 2012, at 6.00PM, its subsidiary Cablevisión S.A. ("Cablevisión") was served notice of the decision rendered by Chamber A of the Federal Court of Appeals of the Province of Mendoza in re "Supercanal S.A. C/ Cablevisión S.A. y otros p/amparo", whereby that court dismissed the appeal filed by Cablevisión against the decision of 16 December 2011 (notified on 20 December 2011), which, among other things, provided for the appointment of a supervisor  co-administrator without replacing the Board of Directors of Cablevisión.  The Court of Appeals' decision also dismissed Cablevisión's request to replace the injunction that had been granted by the lower court.

On 27 April 2012, Cablevisión appeared before the Court of Appeals to inform such Court that Cablevisión would file an Extraordinary Federal Appeal to have the case heard by the Federal Supreme Court.
