Correction: EGM Notice and date
Global Brands S.A. (AIM: GBR), an international business developing branded food operations in Europe, including being the master franchise owner of Domino's Pizza in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, announced on 01 December 2011 in a trading statement and EGM notice, that it would convene an EGM for 21 December 2011 (RNS Number : 1840T).
The date for the EGM was stated incorrectly in this announcement. The correct time and date for the EGM should have been stated as 14:00 on 27 December 2011.
