FRONTERA RESOURCES ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RETIREMENT
Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR; OTC Market, U.S.A. - Symbol: FRTE), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, today announces the retirement of Mr. Spyros Karnessis from the Company's board of directors (the "Board"), following more than ten years of dedicated service, with immediate effect. Mr. Karnessis will however remain as an adviser to the Board. A successor non-executive director is planned to be named within the next three months.
Steve C. Nicandros, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented:
