Finansbank A.S. has previously announced that Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, HSBC Bank Plc and Standard Chartered Bank were mandated to hold a series of investor meetings for the issuance of Eurobonds and that the offering was expected to be rated Ba1 by Moody's and BBB- by Fitch.
Following a series of investor meetings, the book building process of the bond issuance has been completed with the pricing of US$500 million 5 year fixed rate notes which will be issued on 11 May 2011 with a maturity date of 11 May 2016 and a coupon rate of 5.500% which have been priced to yield 5.643% to investors.
