Completion of Sale

Further to the announcement on 27^th April 2012 that the Company had obtained shareholder approval for the disposal of the Gifts Division and the disposal of the Garden Bird Supplies, Garden Centre Online and Listen2 businesses, we are pleased to announce today that these disposals have been completed in accordance with the terms of each sale agreement and funds have been received or are under the control of the Company.
