Statement regarding expressions of interest in certain of the Company's assets

The Board of Flying Brands Limited ("Flying Brands" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has had a number of approaches for certain of the Company's businesses which may or may not lead to offers for those businesses. At this stage the Company has not received any approaches for the entire group and there is no certainty that any offer for any of the Company's businesses will be forthcoming.

The Company's shareholders will be kept informed of any relevant developments and, in the meantime, should await further advice from their Board.
