Publication of a Circular
The Company has published a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") in connection with the recommended proposals relating to the:
· Authority to allot C Shares
· Authority to make market purchases of C Shares in connection with a tender offer and enhanced share buy-back
· Authority to issue C Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis
· Adoption of new Articles of Association
· Notices of General Meeting and Class Meetings.
The Circular has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will be available shortly on the National Storage Mechanism of the UKLA at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and a copy of this document can be obtained free of charge, from the registered office of the Company or from Edge Investment Management Limited, of 1 Marylebone High Street, London, W1U 4LZ
