Notification of Change in Shareholding

London: 16 May 2012 - ECR Minerals plc advises that it has today been notified by Mr C. Webb that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr Webb is the beneficial holder of a total of 43,775,979 Ordinary Shares, equating to approximately 6.01% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has a total of 727,409,600 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote.
