Transfer of shares from Treasury

In compliance with the AIM Rules, Datatec announces the transfer of 7,514 Treasury Shares on 13 June 2012 from the Datatec Ltd Share Incentive Trust 2005 (the "Trust") to settle the exercise of share appreciation rights by a participant in the Share Appreciation Rights Scheme 2005.

Following this transfer from the Trust, Datatec will have an issued share capital of 188,858,420 ordinary ZAR0.01 shares of which 14,274 are Treasury Shares held by the Trust.
