Daisy Group plc (AIM: DAY) was notified today that on 26 June 2012, Matthew Riley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 92p each.
Following the purchase Mr Riley's shareholding in the Company is 61,418,610 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.0% of the issued share capital.
