Result of AGM

Cyan Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN.L), the integrated system design company delivering wireless solutions for lighting control and utility metering is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

In addition, following the AGM, John Cronin has taken over the role of Executive Chairman from Dr John Read, who will continue with the Company as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Cronin joined the Board as Non-Executive Director on 20 March 2012.

John Cronin, Executive Chairman, commented:

"Cyan is strategically poised to take advantage of the growth opportunities provided by China and India in the wireless lighting and metering markets. The Company has developed key relationships with some of the most significant manufacturers in both territories, and it is my belief we will soon yield from these.
