Grant of share awards

The Company announces that on 27th April 2012, the following directors were granted nil cost performance share awards over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") , pursuant to the Charles Taylor Consulting Long Term Incentive Plan 2007 (the "LTIP").

Alistair Groom 50,000

Joseph Roach 50,000

Damian Ely 30,000

The number of LTIP Shares which vest will depend upon the extent to which the performance conditions are met, consistent with the rules of the LTIP, over the three-year period ending 27th April 2015.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR3.1.4R.
