Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

On 20 January 2011, the Company issued 175,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company pursuant to a placing. Application has been made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 January 2011.

Following the issue of these 175,000 new ordinary shares, the Company has in issue 412,909 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
