Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), together with the Management Information Circular and Annual Report 2011, all relating to its financial year ended 31 December 2011, have been posted to shareholders and are available for download from the Company's website at www.coastalenergy.com.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Strand Hanson Limited, 26 Mount Row, London, W1K 3SQ on 19 June 2012 at 10 a.m.
