The group, including Campmoss, specialises in property investment and development in the Thames Valley. The portfolio, valued in excess of £29m, is primarily located to the west of London, close to Heathrow Airport and in Surrey and Berkshire.

At a general meeting of The Cardiff Property plc ('the Company') held today, the resolution placed before the meeting in respect of the renewal of approval of waiver under Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers was approved. The result of the poll was 322,993 votes for; 3,336 votes against; and nil withheld.

Accordingly, Mr J R Wollenberg and persons deemed to be acting in concert with him under the City Code (the 'Concert Party'), may, as a result of market purchases by the Company of up to 200,717 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company pursuant to the authority granted at the Company's AGM also held today, increase their aggregate interest to 49.36 per cent of the voting rights of the Company. The Concert Party currently holds 561,886 Ordinary Shares.
