Transfer of Directors Holdings and Exercise of Options and Acquisition of Shares.

The Company announces that on 7 March 2012 Directors and PDMRs exercised options granted to them under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) over Shares as follows:

Notes:

(i)           JT Langlands' total beneficial interest includes 212,512 held in his wife's name

(ii)          D Harris's total beneficial interest includes 20,730 held in his wife's name.

(iii)         D Pendlebury's total beneficial interest includes 49,225 shares held in his wife's name

All of the Shares acquired by each Director on the exercise of the options were registered in the name of the relevant Director.
