Transfer of Directors Holdings

The Company has been notified that on 13 March 2012 that Mr JT Langlands, a Director of the Company, transferred  31,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs ME Langlands. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Mr. JT Langlands' total holding is 27,710 shares.

2 Mr JT Langlands' wife's total holding is 227,572 Shares.

3 Mr JT Langland's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 255,282 (0.96%)

The Company has also been notified that on 13 March 2012 that Mr D Harris, a Director of the Company, transferred 15,437 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs ASC Harris. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Mr. D Harris total holding is 2,866 shares.

2 Mr. D Harris's  wife's total holding is 26,167 Shares.

3 Mr J D Harris's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 29,033 (0.11%)

The Company has been notified that on 16 March 2012 that Dr D Pendlebury, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, transferred 15,500 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs G Pendlebury. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Dr D Pendlebury's total holding is 262 shares.

2 Dr D Pendlebury's wife's total holding is 64,725 shares.

3 Dr D Pendlebury's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 64,987 shares (0.24%)
