("Best of the Best" or the "Company")

Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, exercised 266,146 options in the Company today at a price of 5 pence per share.

Accordingly, Mr Garton now has a beneficial interest in 721,765 ordinary shares, representing 6.42 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, an employee of the Company has exercised options over a further 46,619 ordinary shares.

The 312,765 ordinary shares resulting from the exercise of options are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 16 November 2011.

As a result of the above, the total number of shares in issue is 11,246,519 with a further 34,500 shares held in treasury.
