Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons

Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") was informed today by the Trustee of the Balfour Beatty Share Incentive Plan 2011 (the "SIP") that on 13 June 2012 each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired the number of Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company shown against his name at 276.5p per Ordinary Share through participation in the SIP:
