Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), a leading supplier of veterinary medicines, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders on 5 October 2011.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am on Friday 28 October 2011 at The Bridge Hotel, Walshford, Wetherby, North Yorkshire, LS22 5HS.
Copies of Animalcare's Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available from today on the Company's website at www.animalcaregroup.co.uk.
