Replacement re Grant of Share Options
The following amendment has been made to the ' Grant of Share Options' announcement released on 25 June 2012 at 7:00am under RNS No 0083G.
The Share Options will become exercisable on 30 June 2015 at 130 pence per ordinary share.
All other details remain unchanged.

Animalcare Group plc ("Animalcare" or the "Company")
Grant of Share Options
Animalcare (AIM: ANCR), the supplier of pharmaceutical and other premium products and services to the veterinary industry, announces that on 22 June 2012, Chris Brewster, Chief Financial Officer, was granted 30,000 options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Share Options") under the Animalcare Group plc Executive Share Option Scheme. The Share Options will become exercisable on 30 June 2015 at 130 pence per ordinary share.
Chris Brewster has no other interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
