Completion of Acquisition

The Board of AMS (AIM: AMS), the global medical technology company, is pleased to announce that, following Admission of the 48,214,415 new Ordinary Shares in connection with the Placing and the Acquisition, the acquisition of RESORBA has now completed. 

Investec Bank plc, which is authorised and regulated in the United Kingdom by the FSA, is acting as nominated adviser, broker and underwriter to AMS in relation to the Placing and Admission and is not acting for any other persons in relation to the Placing and Admission.
