Appointment of Auditors

Assura, the primary healthcare property group, announces that it has appointed Deloitte LLP as Auditors to the Company and its subsidiaries following a competitive tender process, replacing Ernst & Young LLP.

Ernst & Young LLP have confirmed that there are no circumstances connected to their resignation which should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
