PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

ADVFN Plc (LSE:AFN) today announces an agreement with TheStreet, Inc. (Nasdaq:TST) to distribute TheStreet content worldwide through ADVFN's network of localized, geo-targeted financial websites.

ADVFN will incorporate TheStreet's core premium products into its international offering and distribute them to its world-wide audience.

Initial products planned for release include:

-     Action Alerts PLUS 

-     Stocks Under $10 

-     Real Money 

-     Real Money Pro
