ABLON Group Limited ("ABLON" or "the Company"), a leading real estate owner and developer in Central Europe, announces that it was informed on 21 May 2012, that Mr. Uri Heller, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 24.6 pence per share on 18 May 2012. As a result of this transaction, Mr Uri Heller has a beneficial interest in 39,227,705 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 28.65% of the total voting rights in the Company.
