bwin.party announces that on 12 June 2012 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 306,074 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 130.69 pence per share. The highest price paid was 132.20 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 129.10 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 38,419,931 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 815,939,950 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 809,908,545 (total number of shares in issue minus 6,031,405 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
