Quarterly dividend declaration

UEM announced in its 2012 annual report that it would start to pay quarterly dividends in the current financial year.

The Board of UEM has declared a first interim dividend of 1.375p per ordinary share in relation to the year ending 31 March 2013 which will be paid on 7 September 2012 to shareholders registered on 24 August 2012.
