Interim Dividend

Ground Rents Income Fund plc today announces a maiden interim ordinary dividend for the period from 23 April 2012 to 31 December 2012 of 0.35 pence per share as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date - 2 January 2013

Record Date - 4 January 2013

Payment Date - 25 January 2013

No Property Income Distribution ("PID") is included in this interim dividend.
