Renovo Group plc (LSE : RNVO today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2 00 p.m. on 18 February 2013 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW. The meeting will consider the resolutions laid out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which, together with the report and accounts, has been posted to shareholders and is available in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website: www.renovo.com.
