Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified by the trustee of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan the Yorkshire Building Society (the "Trustees"), that on 14 August 2012 the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc ("Ordinary Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 49.39 pence per Ordinary Share. The transactions for the Partnership Shares took place on the London Stock Exchange.
