Directors Responsibilities

The Eastern European Trust PLC (the "Company") hereby gives notification in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(2)R that Mr. Rory Landman, a non-executive director of the Company, has replaced Mr. Ed Warner as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 20 June 2012.

Mr. Warner remains as Senior Independent Director of the Company.
