Notification of Q4 Trading Update and Audited Results

ASOS plc, the global online fashion and beauty retailer, will be announcing its trading update for the three month period ended 31 August 2012 on Wednesday, 19 September.

To comply with requirements relating to the change of year end announced on 26 April 2012, ASOS will announce its audited results for the 5 months ended 31 August 2012 on Thursday, 25 October.
