Notice of General Meeting

Nandan Cleantec plc ("Nandan" or the "Company") (AIM: NAND) announces it will be holding a General Meeting on 29 January 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (UK time) in order to seek approval to receive the annual report and accounts and re-appoint the auditors. The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Nabarro LLP, Lacon House, 84 Theobald's Road, London WC1X 8RW. The Notice of General Meeting was posted to shareholders today.
