Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been informed that on 26 July 2012, Dr Richard Steeves, the Chief Executive Officer of Synergy bought 18,627 ordinary shares of 0.625p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 908 pence per share.

Following the sale Dr Steeves has an interested in 1,832,472 Ordinary Shares representing 3.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
