It received notification on 8^th January 2013 that Tim Roberts, an Executive Director, transferred 68,460 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company to Mrs Sarah Roberts, his spouse, on 8^th January 2013.

It also received notification on 8^th January 2013 that Ben Grose, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, transferred 5,029 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company to Mrs Charlotte Grose, his Spouse, on 3^rd January 2013.
