Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been advised that on 5 October 2017, Eli Alroy, a director of the Company, acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at Euro 7.50 per share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Alroy has an interest in438,814 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.48 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
