As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 30 May 2012 Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, a director of Caledonia, was appointed a non-executive director of Ocean Dial Investment Funds plc, which has today been authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Dublin-listed UCITS.
