Notice of Results

Provexis plc ("Provexis" or the "Company"), a business that develops, licenses and markets scientifically-proven functional food and sports nutrition technologies, intends to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2012 on 31 July 2012.

Following the announcement the senior management will be hosting an open online webinar to discuss the results at 9.30am on Wednesday 1 August 2012.

Investors will have the opportunity to ask questions of the senior management by registering and posting questions online between 7am and 1pm on Tuesday 31 July 2012. Whilst every effort will be made, due to time constraints it may not be possible to answer all questions.

A full recording of the webinar will be available on the Provexis website from 4pm on 1 August 2012.
