Dividend declaration - 5% cumulative preference shares of £1 each

BBA Aviation plc announces that a dividend has been declared for the half year to 31 January 2013 of 2.5 pence per share payable to holders of the 5% cumulative preference shares of £1 each.

The relevant dates relating to this dividend payment are as follows:

Record date 4 January 2013

Payment date 1 February 2013
