The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31^st March 2012 ("Accounts") have been posted to shareholders today.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Accounts will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The Company also confirms that the Accounts are available to view or download in pdf format from the Company's website (www.absolute-funds.com).
