EDC Announces Annual General Meeting, September 28, 2012

MOSCOW, August 10, 2012 - Eurasia Drilling Company Limited ("EDC" or the "Company" - LSE: EDCL), the leading onshore and offshore drilling service provider in the CIS, will hold an Annual General Meeting of the Company at 10:00 am CEST on Friday, September 28, 2012, at the Intercontinental Carlton Hotel in Cannes, France.
