Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") was informed that on 17 July 2012

Mrs Claire Macdonald transferred 800,000 ordinary Shares to Robert Macdonald, Chairman for nil consideration. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr Macdonald's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,480,000 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 20.9% of the Company's current issued share capital.
