Zoltav Resources Inc ("Zoltav" or the "Company")

Issue of options

The Company announces that the following options have been awarded to directors of Zoltav:

Symon Drake-Brockman - 25,000,000 options

Steve Lowden - 10,000,000 options

David Francis - 5,000,000 options

Each option is exercisable into one new ordinary share of US$0.01 in the Company at an exercise price of 1p. The options are exercisable at any time during the three year period from today's date. The directors listed above have the following additional interests in Zoltav:

Symon Drake-Brockman - 9,381,108 (equivalent to approximately 2.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company)

David Francis - 3,754,244 (equivalent to approximately 1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company)
