JPMORGAN ASIAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31st January 2013, a dividend of 2.4 pence per share will be paid on 7th February 2013 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4th January 2013, having an ex-dividend date of 2nd January 2013.

Please note this information was also contained within the Company's year end results announcement which was released to the LSE on 19th December 2012.
