Declaration of First Interim Dividend

Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the 'Company') announces that the Directors have declared a first interim dividend for the year to 31 March 2013 in an amount of 1.625p per Ordinary Share.

The first interim dividend will be paid on 31 August 2012 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 10 August 2012 (ex-dividend 8 August 2012).
