Change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN's financial statement for the fourth quarter 2012

Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. ("PKN ORLEN") announces that there has been a change in the date of publication of PKN ORLEN's financial results for the fourth quarter of 2012. The report will be produced on 23 January 2013.

The previously announced publication date for the fourth quarter 2012 report was 25 January 2013.

The report with the estimation of selected operating data of ORLEN Capital Group for the fourth quarter 2012 will be produced on 18 January 2013, as previously announced.
