Endace Limited has sent notice to its shareholders of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at the offices of Endace Europe Limited, Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, Berkshire RG1 3EU, United Kingdom on Wednesday 5 September 2012 at 9.30 am, together with accompanying forms and its 2012 Annual Report and Accounts.

New Zealand based members of the Board including the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer will be attending the meeting via video conference from New Zealand.
